Im running an i710700, 32 GB RAM and an RTX 2070, before the update major cities looked beautiful on high, now they look a total mess and all the buildings look bombed out, its awful.
My internet connection is 500 Mbps Fibre and i am not using ANY mods or even developer mode in the sim, just the normal version.
I am running the Steam version of the game and the version I have is the Premium deluxe.
Any help or advice would be most appreciated.
