Long start up and reverting to the defaults

Brief description of the issue:

Really long loading time (several minutes) to the main menu, loaded up in less than a minute before, after several minutes of loading, menu shows up that lets you setup the game - as if it was run for the first time, after that it loads the main menu.
Edit: After trying to launch it again, same happenes - after long loading time I have to set the options again, looks like the game doesn’t save its state and thinks it’s launched for the first time again and again?
Edit2: One note - when I laumched Xbox App today there was a popup saying that I need to log into Microsoft Store again, which was weird because I was logged in when I checked, but logged out and logged in back again and restarted the PC after that. And that’s when this issue started to appear. The game worked fine yesterday.
Edit3: After synchronizing system time with online servers and restarting my PC I was able to successfuly launch the game, seems like my profile was not loaded properly by the game perhaps?

Based on your edit #3, I understand that you were able to fix your issue. Is that correct ?

Yes, I was able to fix it. Seems it was a profile issue - though it was weird, since I was signed in with proper profile into Xbox App.
