Citation Longitude C700
Brief description of the issue:
The current binding options for engine modes do not apply to the citation longitude. There is no way to bind a button to toggle the engine run start button.

When starting cold and dark in a citation following the normal startup procedure the bound keys for engine master 1/2 do not toggle the switches for those engines in the citation to run/stop.
