today I am flying the same flight plan and the same climb rate as before, at about FL 240, Longitude is overheating and fuel flow is shut off. I had to abort 3 times. What has changed? Never happened before…
Weather temp bug
Its “normal”
oh boy global warming?
Global boiling
It’s not an ITT overheat issue per se. Look at your outside air temperature once you hit FL240. They changed stuff server side and broke the weather system even more than it was before.
And here I thought that was pretty much impossible. Explains why on final to SFO a while ago it just magically went from perfectly clear to so foggy you couldn’t see the runway lights at 400 feet…
My poor Longitude went down hard from FL 270, tried to save it but no luck. Somewhere outside of Portland there is scattered wreckage…
Is there any workaround/fix for this? I had the same thing happen today climbing to FL32. Plane wanted to climb at 90degrees. Took forever to get it under control. Finally got to level flight and when I turned on AP again it became uncontrollable and finally just failed.
Is it just this plane?
its a live weather problem
will do it for every plane
Not just you. See larger thread here:
Quite unstable lately, sometimes I lose ATC voice, sometimes pilot voice is missing, a few times I lost Azure, now the weather engine is going crazy, I spend more time on rebooting, restarting flight, tweaking than actually flying…. Annoying
