Also, I am aware there is a mod for this. We should not have to download a Third party mod for this plane to work correctly. We paid a lot of money for these extra planes, and they should be a priority to fix.

exactly! Was just about to make another topic on this because I’m absolutely sick and tired of this stupid bug.
Your choices are simple:
-
Wait for Asobo’s “strike team” to address all the Premium and Deluxe aircraft per the June Dev Q&A.
-
Use Dakfly’s excellent Mod which is easy to install, and fixes many things besides the rolling phenomenon, and enjoy flying now.
Disclaimer: I’m a satisfied end user of both Dakfly and Working Title’s G3000 OFFICIAL Mod (MS-Asobo paid and authorized) on the Longitude.
As the Templar Knight in “The Last Crusade” says: Choose Wisely.
Mods were always a part of the FS environment going way way back.
We get this question every week. The answer does not change.

I completely understand. My point is however, that an aircraft that we paid extra for should at the very least have a functioning autopilot that doesn’t veer from left to right. Thanks for the advice on Dakfly’s mod. I’ve heard and seen it before, but I periodically check to see whether the team have fixed it, so that I don’t need to use the mod.

It’s unfortunate that it’s one of those long term issues, but I too am a Premium user and I’m relatively dissatisfied with the state of the planes that I purchased the package for. Nonetheless, I don’t know how long it will be, so workarounds that are decent and easy to install are the order of the day for me.

I call this the “Longitude lullaby bug”. It makes me sleepy.
I too have been using Dakfly’s Longitude Flight Dynamics Modifications Project and that fixes this issue.
I have reported this issue, long ago, in Zendesk. As usual, they will not fix it unless enough people vote in the forum to make it important enough to look at.
I tried a while back to create a single post that people could vote under to get this resolved. It was closed and deleted in about 10 minutes from it being posted. I was told since there was already a post made, I could not duplicate it. Unfortunately, there were/are about 6 posts made about it, all with votes. They don’t add up the votes from each post for a complete tally, and if the posts are merged to a single topic, the votes don’t merge. I work for the government here in the US, and it reminds me of how things are run most of the time. A simple solution to an issue but silly red tape blocks it from happening.
So what are us Xbox users supposed to do then when we have this problem. We can’t install mod’s so we are stuck with it until it’s fixed.
To be honest that’s very poor, it was a paid extra and it doesn’t really work.
I can’t even start the engines seems when I hit the engine starter and get it up to speed, I hit the Start/Run, nothing happens.
There is a button to the right of the throttle I believe it is the fuel valve that you now have to press, (we didn’t have to before) and it gets fuel to the engine and it will ignite. Try that.
