With the caveat that I work on the Community Team and am not a dev responsible for squashing pesky bugs in the code which might not be as fun, I can confirm that working full-time on the MSFS team is a dream come true and doesn’t take away from my enjoyment of flight simming at all. I still get excited to start my work day every single day.
