I’m a private pilot with an instrument rating. I decided to get my real pilot license because of flight simulator. With the price of 100LL (Low lead) a buck higher a gallon than jet A …my simulator gets a lot more hours than my 07 Skylane!
We should have more activities together. I wish someone would come up with a program add on where we could do things like flour bombing contests, LIVE precision landing events… maybe even some poker runs.
Oh… for those of you who don’t know what a poker run is: First we “chip in”…cash for charity’s. Then we fly to different airports and get 1 playing card at each. At the end of the day…the winning hand buys dinner and gets all the pot money to donate to there favorite charity.
Sometimes motorcycles join in… but i think that’s going to be a little out of MSFS’s capabilities…
