Just did Scientific Mission, 92% Quality, 100% in everything Else, received S for mission. Reputation before mission A, after doing an outstanding job, downgraded to C. Outstanding way to motivate!

This is really sad. I had almost an A in reputation, and now itās back at the beginning of reputation C. What the hellā¦
At least I got the money from the mission, but I still want my reputation back. I had an A for that mission! Cāmon!

Same High A down to C. Have been happy to keep on flying along to spite all the bugs and issues figuring it would get better with time but this really knocked the wind out of the sails.

Itās now set as a bug-logged, which is a good sign! 
Hopefully, it will be resolved not only for this mission but also for all others with the same behavior.

The same thing just happened to me. Before starting the mission I had already exceeded level A reputation.
I finished the mission with a score above 95% and obtained the S.
And yet when I return to the office, I lose my reputation and I am demoted from A to C.

It is frustrating that we lose rep when we complete missions for sure just because the game crashes (it still registers we completed it, why lose rep? that needs to be fixed). This is not fun 
Yet another instance of this on Xbox. Finished the mission, get an S rating, headquarters fails to load and the game crashes to dashboard. Reload, get a massive rep penalty.
After just having the same issue as everyone else reported after during the tornado mission, I decided to Google it and found this post. So frustrating to lose all that rep on a successful mission. At least I know not to do that again if it comes up again later.
Not really sure how this reputation system works, I could not figure out till today. So if you do 100 missions perfekt and 1 bad do you get the same decrease in reputation as you did 10 missions perfekt and 1 bad, or will reputation increase its weight over time?
This is an absolutely JOKE Microsoft, same problem here. After 33 Mission, seeing the reputation going down from A to C because of a ALPHA RELEASE game bug is patethic.
MSF2024 is at the moment completely unplayable game unless you just want to free flight around. Bugs everywhere, Carreer mode is pointless after this bug aswellā¦ and they will probably fix this in 20296

Hopefully, MS is aware of the bug and has deactivated the mission to prevent users from encountering the bug. But this is just my guess.
Letās keep our fingers crossed that MS fixes this and restores our reputation points.
I have encounted it twice. I think itās wise to just never do the Scientific missions at this time.

āNaNā means āNot a Numberā and is a typical newbie mistake among programmers. The code is trying to add a string or something undefined to the XP value. Sloppy coding, no testing.

Same here happned hereā¦ I worked that rep up for hours. And just after a a mission there the fuel went empty with 20nm to the landing site after 3h flight. I was tinking to recover some Cr to repair my airplane and this happenedā¦
only good thing is that my pc monitor is still working.

Yup, 3rd Tornado missions for that sweet CR and poof all my reputation out the window. You dont need a template for the bug to report this. Literally fire up this game, play the Tornado special mission and watch any effort you put into career mode go poof. Frankly, Im working toward Airliner rating and wont be playing these special missions if its going to nuke my progression after a CTD.
