Habu2u2- I did not want to respond back until I have had an opportunity to fly several approaches with your recommendations.
I flew the TBM from Kluk to Klex .I set up the flight through World Map however unlike I had done prior I choose an arrival procedure.When I turned on the FMS the flight plan was already entered.I flew the flight and it flew perfectly.Today I flew from KRSW to KPIE using the same procedure of crossing an arrival procedure and the plane flew perfectly.
I then flew the CJ4 from KRSW to KPIE again selecting an arrival procedure from the World Map.Once in the plane I selected the flt plan in the FMS and then hit the execute button.Again the jet flew without issues.
I have also viewed a few YouTube videos and I’m also using SimBrief which has been tremendously helpful.
