Loss of A310 from MSFS

I moved the a310 file from OneStore to desktop under the mistaken impression the Enhanced version replaced this file. Now that I know better, have tried to reinstate the file but it has not restored the A310 to the sim. Is it possible to redownload the latest 1.29.28 update? Any advice appreciated thanks.

I think that you should de able to download it from Content manager.

Your answer is at your duplicate topic at the Avsim Forums

Here it is again.

This does show the pitfalls of trying to second guess an automatic installer.
Moving files to where their software cannot see them has precicely the same result as deleting them.

The solution is to delete the two folders,
microsoft-aircraft-a310-300 and
microsoft-aircraft-a310-300-enhanced

Then restart MSFS and, as they are default files, it will automatically download and replace them
Like this:

Thereafter, leave them alone.
Please do not touch the “Official” folder again, any and all “Mods” are done by adding to the “Community” folder.

Many thanks.

After following your instructions, on restarting MSFS, response was “Marketplace Currently Unavailable”.
I have tried signing out of the sim and also out of the MS Store app, then rebooted the computer and signed in again, but with no success.
I was expecting to see the Installation Manager screen you showed in your post, but did not see it.
Both files have been removed from OneStore.

Have you tried the content manager to install it? If it shows up with you owning it and installed uninstall it then install it again.

It’s not showing in the content manager as the files have been deleted from OneStore. I am not able to access Marketplace either as it says currently unavailable.

Check the forums for the Market Place Unavailable issue. There is a fix for that.

Pleased to report my issue is now fixed. The only thing I hadn’t done was to sign out and sign back into my Xbox account and once I had done that, the Installation Manager appeared.
Thank you those people who gave the time with their advice, much appreciated.
