Loss of hours

Brief description of the issue:

Flight hours are being removed from my logbook for no clear reason. I have been stuck somewhere between 353 and 357 hours completed. Over the past few weeks, I have done flights (multiplayer) of up to 2.5 hours, only to have that flight removed. Today I did a flight from Dunkeswell to Cherbourg, just under an hour total, which took me to 358 hours total (rounded up by the sim). Now that flight has been deleted as well.

Not sure, as I am on Xbox, and I don’t expect this problem can be reproduced in any way.

Already been reported a million times, been happening since relase. I have 2380 hours in steam, but the game ( which just reseet yet again) is showing 85 hours. Welcome to MSFS.

I dont know what alternatives you have for using a 3rd party program to record the pilot log, maybe some xbox users will chime in.

Yeppers same here I have been stuck for one month on my same hours and location to this day since February 12, 2022. It records the hours but after restart it goes back a month ago . Now I manually have to log in my hours using a flight book . I have tested everything imaginable with this issue and it’s a cloud issue . Very annoying.

Guess I’ll start doing the same then. I never know when the hours will stick or not. Wonder if I can send a screenshot of the written logbook when I cross 500 hours to Microsoft to get the achievement?!

That issue appeared during the SU15 beta and was reported here:

It is still showing your 765 logged hour total. When you click on the logbook, do you see your logged flights still?

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Last night I had a gaming UI pop up just as I was about to fly in the sim asking me to pick between data on device and cloud. I wasn’t sure which one to pick because both had same dates and times so I believe I picked the one in the cloud and it erased all my hours and flights and I’m frantically trying to get everything back I was at 951 hours total time now I’m back down to 891 from my old Xbox back up please can you help me retrieve my progress as it’s got routes I’ve flown in real life for flight training saved and I really don’t want to lose my progress that’s over 5 months of flying from January until now gone please help me.
