There is a super long freeze after being afk for a bit.
(after moving your camera after like 10-20min)
I have a dual boot setup.
This only happens in windows 11 but doesn’t happen in 10.
It’s been like that for over 2 months now.
Is that happening if you had the game in Active Pause during your AFK time? Sounds like one of your USB devices going to sleep. I leave my sim running all the time and not seen that one yet I think.
Happy to add it though if you can give a bit more detail.
Could call it:
IBF (I’m Back Freeze)
or WEF (Windows 11 Freeze)
or just AFK lol

yeah i double checked for sleep functions etc it doesn’t seem to be it.
even checked my other drives etc.
i just go afk while in cruise, get a cup of coffee.
return to my desk after a solid 10-15+ minutes.
change my camera view and it freezes for a couple seconds.

EDIT: Hmm, seems the deep links to jump to the correct part do not work when I use links on the SAME topic thread (they do work like this from OTHER topics though - weird). SOZ is at the end, JPG is just above the “City” ones and HIT is around the middle! You can still use the TOC to jump from the top of the page though.

I think this one is mostly console orientated but there is the GAS. The Group Activity Stutter. Guaranteed to manifest with anymore than 3 players in close proximity. Occurs at any point in the world, at any altitude any aircraft.
Much easier to announce “guys I have GAS” rather than “guys i have multiplayer group flight stutter syndrome again”

Out of the local stutters I find LA to be the worst. No matter the addons loaded or not LA seems to lag out.
Good one mate! I’ve noticed the exact same thing with IBS 
But I have also had to learn the hard way with LVFR airports too! Barcelona (LEBL) wasn’t too bad could live with it, but I didn’t learn the first time, and can’t control myself when I see something on SALE, and it would seem that San Diego (KSAN) is one of their worst with framerates dropping to 17fps. A quick uninstall sorts it out straight away. It’s just lucky that I got it in the sales for just over £5 so no big loss
