I started up MSFS 1.35.21.0 today, and it asked for a game disk. I quit. I start it again, this time it took me to an Accessibility Screen, and I continued. All my control presets are gone! I have a Winwing throttle and flight stick, and a set of Virpil Rudder pedals. I set them up, which took a fair bit of work, and used them for several weeks. And now they’re gone! All the aircraft I have downloaded are still here, and my flight log is still here. I don’t understand what happened …

This happend to me once when I changed region servers to participate in a group flight. I cant remember if or how I fixed it though.
I contacted MSFS support. They said this is a known problem they are investigating, likely related to cloud sync.
It happened to me too, lost my control preset and the language change too
I had the exact same thing happen yesterday…super frustrating to have to setup everything again when I haven’t touched any settings in almost a year! Like I can remember everything I did. 
Actually, I do have a recent backup of my PC from before this happened; are there some config files I could restore from backup that would get me back to where I was?
