Lost purchaed carenado content

Hi,
I have the Carenado Mooney and Arrow,I have not altered my system since Saturday (v1.15.10) but I had a CTD while flying the Mooney on Saturday afternoon.
Since then both the Mooney and the Arrow are no longer in my hangar-
I have logged in and out of all the store/xbox apps as per the Zendesk article
I have tried to delete and reinstall-but stops after download is complete with please wait (for over 1 hour)
Can anybody give some advice please

Try deleting their folders manually out of the /Official/OneStore folder on your PC after you uninstall the aircraft in the sim. You should be able to reinstall them successfully after that.

But take screenshots first as proof of ownership, just in case…

Thank you both,unfortunately it didn’t work,so I have uninstalled MSFS and am currently reinstalling.I am not confident - but it may work. I have found MSFS to be quite unstable so perhaps the CTD broke something.
Back to XP11.53 for the next day while MSFS sorts itself out.
