Earlier today I was getting a minimum of 24 fps to 80 fps. I was flying my 2020 vision jet in MSFS 2024. Most enjoyable experience I’ve had so far. I thought, I really see some performance and hope.
7 hours later, I had the new patch and my 2020 plane is no longer available. The 2024 version is buggy, won’t hold control/maintain settings and the visuals are blurry and noisy. Now my fps have dropped from 7 to 15 to 24. What is going on?
I’ll send a bug report but this is ridiculous. A real disappointment.

If your plane was 2020 you may just have to go to My Library and re-enable it. That was mentioned in the patch notes I believe.
Go to the Marketplace. At the top, click on My Library. Check the box for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Then find your plane in the list, check the box next to it, then click Enable. You might have to restart the sim for it to take effect.
Got it!
Strange but the graphics and sharpness are back. FPS is still low. Is the scenery still disabled until we can access the Marketplace?
Thanks for the response.
After this patch and a reboot, my 32gb of ram is at 92% and I’m stuttering.
Was at 50% before… Here we go again.
