Yet, what I can once more add to this topic:
i tried different DNS servers to no avail. The relevant options I have tried are:
8.8.8.8
208.67.220.220
1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
ISP managed
This has proven to have no noteable impact on the issue at hand.
I also tried minimzing data usage by turning of photogrammetry and turning down graphics a bit. Also no changes noticeable.
Furthermore, I tried to use the sim outside of peak times and noticed no relevant improvement.
