Telekom throtteling bandwidth should be easy to detect via test downloads. Why would they specifically throttle bandwidth coming from Microsoft servers?
Sometimes I have low bandwidth problems with FS 2024 too (Telekom customer here as well), but I always have near max download speed whenever I download large files. Never had problems during online games, MSFS 2024 is the exception. Unlikely the fault of Telekom.
