What makes me wonder is that prior to the most recent patch #3 I had no mentionable bandwidth issues except when msft posted/informed about limitations on their end during the first days after release. My biggest issues back then was configuring me controllers. Now since this week when i installed patch #3 I suddenly get stuck loading screens and circles of death. Again, makes me wonder whether all of sudden Telekom throttles me when the week before all went well? At least from a bandwidth perspective.
