Delete and/or disable the rolling cache and disable HPET if you have a Ryzen CPU. Don’t use DirectX 12.
Failing that, you should probably create your own topic in the support section and give full system specs. This topic only has 5 votes in more than a year (and it has been 7 months since the last post) so it’s not a bug most people encounter.
