Low GPU usage in cockpit and with act window broken out without V-Sync

as the title states having issues with gpu usage

pre discussions was made here:

GPU Usage drop to 60% when trying to expand mfd/pfd to other monitor

This doesn’t happen when using another program e.g chrome,Spotify etc. Only when opening the displays with right alt. Anyone else getting this?

PS.: miss the Informations which are requested in Issue template . In this forum it is not a issue reporting
