Sorry but this is simply not true - I was participating Beta Tests (Series S) and of course I reported several times there issues with the Add-on LSZH and only with that one - all other 3rd Party Airports I own on Xbox do not have missing Jetway so far.
That maybe a wrong Version of your Add-on is at marketplace sounds quite plausible to me in fact we know already that the publishing of new content eighter updates takes Ages from MS 
I really want to thank you very much for your clear words - so I now know whom to ask for help - but I think personally they will not take much care about is as in nearly one month LSZH form Gaya will be part of the GOTY Version
