Lurching without wind

I noticed with the DR400 and the C172 that these two aircraft sometimes veer on the ground even though there’s no wind.
I’m taxiing, and suddenly it goes off to one side or the other, even though the weather forecast shows no wind or gusts.

Moved to User Support Hub that is more appropriate for community support.

Try taxiing in external view. Watch your rudder.
Maybe there’s a spurious rudder command pushing it to one side unexpectedly.

Are you by chance using FSRealistic? I ask because I had a weird rudder problem in one particular plane (in FS2020) that turned out to be a setting in FSR that it didn’t like.

Thanks, I’ll look at it externally.
No, I don’t use FsRealistic.
