Yes, the ILS Freq 110.10 does not work with the FBW A320, the freq does not appear in the MCDU, and inputting the freq 110.10 into the MCDU makes no difference.
Tried MS Flight plan and Little Nav.

The second time Ianded I got barred from the apron.

Probably WU14 introduced that bug. You should create a bug report in Bug Reporting Hub Scenery and Airports using the provided template.

The ATC is working for me, and there are no duplicates. However, tuning the published ILS frequency 110.10 gives me only lateral guidance. Littlenavmap and Navigraph both confirm the frequency 110.10 TT.

I just tested and don’t have localizer neither glide guidance, ILS is not received at all:
