I had similar issues with MP500 and Samsung 970 evo (disconnects that caused ctd and/or bsod).
Tried almost everything without luck, but then someone mentioned that it may be a PSU issue. I replaced the wide power cable that connects PSU to MB and reattached smaller cables - and have had zero CTDs after that!!
FS2020 is the only program that suffered from the issue, all benchmarks, burn-in tests and other games had no issues. I also monitored power source voltage lines and there was no sign of power delivery issues, but somehow the cable was still the culprit…
