It’ll probably be a little better, but your ram is probably going to be to slow to affectively utilize the new cpu/gpu combo. So ear mark in $$$ for new ram, and make sure your board can use that ram, or you might want to earmark $$$ for a new motherboard as well. You bought a Hemi motor and put it in a Volkswagen, watch out you might just twist you VW in half! ;p
