Hey there, I need a real mfs expert on this one.
So since today morning my sim crashes repeadeatly when launching. I start it, the window pops up shortly and then closes again. After restarting my pc I then had to reinstall the entire game. Now its the same again. Ive emptied my entire community folder, still the same.
Im using the steam version, advice would be appreciated as my nerves are done
Don’t know if it will help or not but have you logged out of your Steam account and then back in again. Also maybe try the same thing with your Xbox account.
gonna try that once I have redownloaded the game a 2nd time -_-
Having the same experience. I’m sick and tired of this game. With all the modern tech, you would think they would at least make it crash proof 
Not sure if related.. But Microsoft and Azure are having a ton of issues last couple days. Lot of outages across the board…
yeah if its not working after this reinstall Im over to xp till this develop into smth proper. Ive defended this „sim“ long enough and always sticked to it
nope not related to those issue. It instantly crashes 3 seconds after launching it, others dont have that problem and happily fly in their crjs now
Same here, Steam version, last flight sunday without any problems, yesterday I was waiting for the CRJ release, hyped af and then CTD, I blamed the CRJ at first, but I can’t join any szenario with any plane. I tried almost everything and after a restart all of the sudden my official folder was empty, so I needed to download 154gb again… 5 Hours later CTD !!! What is this ??
Yup exactly. Ive downloaded xp and all addons for it and am getting ready to fly there, after defending mfs Im at a point where I just want a proper flight sim
I’ll tried again, this time with a standard cessna 172 on a standard low density area, CTD !!!
I got a Ryzen 5 3600 RTX2060 Super 8GB 16gb RAM everything worked flawless and now that ? Anyone got a solution ?
Have you tried Windowed mode or full screen mode? Another thing to try is swapping your RAM modules arounds, grabbing at straws but sometimes you have to try weird things.
nah unable so far when my mfs wouldnt even launch.
Heres an update on the Situation. Ive completely reinstalled it and it lets me open it at least, however I havent restarded my pc since then yet, and thats when the official file usually deletes itself and forces me to redownload so well see about that shortly
That sort of happened to me when I installed the recent update. It was the MS store download (the download you install first) that wiped my files out. I had to reinstall the whole package again, hope you guys get sorted soon.
I have the same issue, game crash after the intro video. I’m not even able to get in the update screen. Have tried almost anything, reinstall it from steam, downloaded the language pack from windows, deleted al the files in the community folder.. Nothing works. I haven’t found a solution. Please met me know how to fix this
