Make VR visuals better (Like Steam Summit Pavilion)

So we need the visuals to stop shimmering and sparkling and yet have good framerates. Right now it’s a tradeoff. Ether one gives you a headache. Seems like DLSS is needed.

Voted. I think once DLSS is implemented, it will automatically work in VR. If we can group these similar requests together as one topic that would be nice.

With msfs 2024, the latest dlss, and my Varjo XR-4, the visuals are what I always wanted.
