Making Tobii eye tracker work with SU9

Thanks for coming back to me. I think the issue is bigger than just MSFS as it is also not working in the disaster that is Star Citizen. I have it working in ETS2.

Previewing my eyes with the bubbles also works on the Desktop but not in game which I believe it should?

As for the Red lights, they are continually on. The device itself is working as the calibration is perfect, it just won’t translate into games.

Uninstall any TrackIR software if you have it installed.

Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files both X86 and X64. Start at Visual Studio 2005 (VC++ 8.0) SP1 by downloading and installing both the X86 and X64 files and then work your way upwards to Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 downloading then installing each one as you go.

Click in the Windows Search bar and type in Services and click on it. Scroll down and make sure that:
Tobii Eye Tracker Generic Service
Tobii Runtime Service
Tobii Service
have a Status of Running. Then click X to close Services.
