Brief description of the issue:
Manu Dayak airport (ICAO: DRZA) in Niger completely misses the runway 07R/25L. This one can be seen on Bing maps, as well (search for “Manu Dayak International Airport, Agadez, Niger”) and probably got missed because it’s a) not directly connected to runway 07L/25R and b) is titeled on Bing as “Niger Air Base 201”, but in fact they belong to the same airport, “divided” in a civil and a military part. Navigraph has procedures for both 07L/25R and 07R/25L.
