Manual cache quality vs. rolling cache download

Is there a difference in quality between photogrammetry in a high quality manual cache vs. the rolling cache on ultra graphic settings?

I have a fast computer with a fast internet connection (500 mbps fiber), so I don’t think there would be anything holding the quality of the rolling cache back. I’m trying to figure out if it would be worth having a manual cache of some areas or if that would be pointless.

Manual cache is so hopelessly broken it’s pointless to ask.
If your internet is that good, just use it.
