My manual cache is super slow, I can only download 1GB of map, from there this super slow… Can someone help me to solve this problem?

I have NYC area cached in my manual cache. I also fly around there often so it should be in rolling cache. I have a 5mbs/1mbs DSL connection. Yesterday when I loaded up a flight in NYC the game loaded fairly quickly, one minute or so and I saw hardly any download happening. Usually I peg my download for a few minutes loading a new area. When I started flying the whole NYC area was in photogrammetry detail. I was shocked. So one of the caches is definitely working. I don’t know which …
