Check out Jonathan Beckett on YouTube mate, he’s made a whole lot of documents fpr cold and dark start, fmc programming and so on thats 100%.
I get A and S on all Boeing 737 Max 8 freelance missions because of following these and follow his guidance flights.

Why are you insulting someone who offered help? That’s the documentation for the real plane. The sim version doesn’t have many of the same features but in broad strokes it’s grossly similar. It is, shall we say, a “simulation” of the real thing, to a moderate degree of complexity.
If you think the real aircraft manual is too complex for your purposes, that’s fine. It probably is too much for the average casual simmer. But I guarantee you many of the customers of the more complex add-on aircraft in flight sim seek out these real-world manuals and study them intensively.
