I’ve tried unsuccessfully to map and use the Anti-skid switch. I can flip the switch manually using the mouse but it won’t work when when I assign it to a switch on my Logitech x-56 throttle. I think this a “bug” in the program. Anyone else have this issue?
How are you assigning it to your throttle? In the game’s UI, or using a 3rd party interface like Spad.next?
Hi, I’m assigning the anti-skid switch in the MFS 2020 controller menu. The program see’s the switch I’ve assigned to the anti-skid, it just won’t work when I activate it while flying!
I’ve managed to get almost every flight required system assigned and working in the program. I’ve never had a reason to try any other software. Microsoft made it fairly easy to use the controller setup menu’s. The nose wheel steering for the F/a-18 was a tuff one to get working, but I did it.
I think this a bug with MFS 2020. LMK if you find a workaround. Thanx for the reply, ROGUE
I mentioned Spad.next because some controls (even in stock aircraft like the C152 and C172) just don’t work with the game’s controller interface. You need to resort to 3rd party software to make those work with your hardware. Call that a bug if you like, but it’s reality. I might be able to offer some advice if you’re using Spad.next, but probably not if you’re just using the game’s interface.
