I purchased KMTH from the marketplace and it shows in my community folder but does not show up in the game at all . I uninstalled and reinstalled several times . And tried this with both Xbox series X both do not show up in the game .

you say key west but MTH is marathon . confirm youre actually spawning @ KMTH and not KEYW
Yes my mistake it is marathon and I am spawning in the correct airport .
KMTH Marathon isn’t loading for me either.
Make a request with Zendesk they helped me out big time for a refund . Make sure you have your proof of purchase as well as show them any photos of it being in your content manager as well as screenshots of the airport which in my case was not loading at all . Best wishes.

Is anyone still having this problem? I contacted MSFScenery builders and they told me to download the update but there isn’t one. Now what??Any help would be appreciated.
