Hi first time buyer in marketplace i am log in in all accounts with same account yet can not buy the add on tells me purchased failed does not give me any reason? any ideas
You may want to submit a Zendesk ticket for that one. Thereās likely nothing that you or anyone else can do or you.
It could be the administrator thing. If you run MSFS using āRun as Administratorā it can prevent purchase from the marketplace. You get that āpurchase failedā notice in your profile at the top right of the screen.
It might just take logging out of MSFS and then opening it again without using the Admin. step.
Conversely at least one other user could only buy from the marketplace if he WAS logged in as Adminā¦so maybe it has to do with how you first ran the software or whether you installed and configured MSFS as Adminā¦

thank you it work I log in in to the sim Regular. It will NOT work log in as administrator
