I had just purchased the bugatti plane, and went to test it out after it was done downloading. It was not in my hangar. I checked the content manager, and it is in there and “up to date”. After looking closer, ive noticed that none of my addons purchased on market place are in my hangar. Is anyone else having this problem?
Yes I have had this happen. I did not find a resolution and had to repurchase my add on in the marketplace.
Really? I have them in the content manager, they just wont show in the hangar. I hope that i dont have to re-purchase them. Im talking thousands of dollars worth of addons.
Yes really mine was not showing in the content manager even though in my Microsoft account it was shown as a purchase and moreover it had been shown previously in the content manager and I had changed nothing in MSFS I just did not have the intellectual energy to deal with it via Microsoft I don’t have a high opinion of them in this regard.In your case I would persist though given your investment
Yeah no kidding. Ive had some frustrating things happen with this sim, but this is something else.
Yes totally agree. You should be able to see your purchases in your Microsoft account that’s your evidence. Good luck
Okay ive gotten them back. I ended up looking in the faq’s and gathered that i needed to sign out if my account, and sign back in, along with making sure that my time was set correctly on my computer. What a mess.
