Not sure if this is in the right place or not. I recently purchased LatinVFR’s KFLL airport. There is a taxiway and runway in the scenery that will cause the aircraft to bounce/crash if not careful. I tried contacting them directly but my forum account has not been approved yet, even though it’s been days. According to their forums, they’ve had this issue since Jan 2022. It is now May 1, 2023 and they have still not attempted to resolve the problems with their scenery yet they continue to sell their product on the market place and basically ignoring their customer base. So, my question is, how and where do I go to request that MSFS remove their product from the Marketplace? I am very disappointed in their product, their lack of concern, their lack of serious support and really upset that I spent money on their product and cannot get it back.
There are several sceneries in which this happens. The offending ‘obstacle’ is largely invisible but frequently manifests itself as a dark wedge that seems to shift slightly as you approach/move further away. I contacted the developer, only to be told that this is an Asobo issue — whether this was an example of buck-passing, I don’t know, but perhaps someone ‘in the know’ could clarify?
