Asobo has to find a solution for this problem.
If you buy a third party airport outside the marketplace, there is always the option to disable static aircraft. If you buy from marketplace, the airports static aircraft can’t be removed.
For me this is an immersion breaker, because we can use FSLTL/AIG and other traffic software in the future and the gates are blocked by ugly looking statics…

You got EKCH? Then there should be static aircraft spawned in the airport.
