Agree 100%. Aerosoft has failed miserably on several levels and Marketplace is a disaster. Aerosoft is probably pushing the original CRJ owners ( Marketplace) to repurchase on their platform or others. PMDG, JUST FLIGHT and others are releasing quality products in next 30 days…ill be ready!

I cannot believe that the CRJ sound package is now for sale on the marketplace but nothing re V2 yet. How absolutely pathetic. I now truly believe this is a deliberate ploy by Aerosoft to make some money out of the marketplace customers. I do not believe them one bit when they say it has been sent to microsoft to have it released on marketplace. They want those people that paid the money years ago to pay some more and purchase it off other options, like aerosoft one.
I have had to edit my post because they felt it was to offensive and inappropriate. Well I wont say anything nasty other than I am sure there are a number of people waiting for this release that probably feel the same way.

I’m in the same situation. AS CRJ was the first plane I bought in MKplace but, come on nobody give us an answer for the reason of such a delay in releasing the V2??? Frustrating. I’ve already gived up from Mkplace, for a long time and a lot of planes and programs I have migrated from Mkplace to the developpers and/or other platforms.
Has anyone heard if and when MSFS is going to place the CRJ update, it usually doesn’t take this long?
I thought the V2 was out but I could not find it on the Marketplace either.

Ok we are now three weeks after the initial release of the CRJ V2 by Aerosoft. Please someone, get with the program and upload this aircraft on Marketplace….. honestly!

24th. Thursday 3pm update has passed. Still no CRJ v2.
Absolutely done with the MP. I can’t remember why I bought this there in the first place.
Aerosoft is useless as always not trying to pressure MS, not interacting with their customers on this.

Yes I think we need an explanation at this point. Seems like there is something going on here. Maybe someone isn’t doing their job or something. Shouldn’t take this long with no explanation given.

I can’t believe how long it is taking the Marketplace to issue updates. It’s been how many days since it was released and is still not available. I a couple of aircraft from the Marketplace before I realised that you could purchase them direct from the developers. I have the Aerosoft CRJ, PMDG 737-600 and 800 waiting for updates with both developers telling me a couple of weeks ago the updates have been submitted to MS.

I’d suggest next Live Stream, when the request for questions comes out, one question is what is going on with Marketplace updates, aka CRJ v2. See if they respond

I received an email from MSFS stating that updates for third-party content on Xbox can sometimes take a bit longer to show up on the Marketplace. That’s because Xbox has a certification process everything has to go through before it can go live. The team that handles the Marketplace is actually separate from them at MSFS Support, so they don’t have a way to speed up or prioritize updates.
They’ve had quite a few similar requests recently, and they’ve passed all that feedback along to the Marketplace team. The update will be released as soon as it passes testing and gets certified. Not sure when that will be.

I don’t believe it. There is no way that external team is 3 weeks behind. MSFS is the only game like this. Other games you know exactly when content will be released. Sounds like them trying to shift the blame as they have on several other occasions.

The unfortunate truth is that no one’s livelihood relies on these products being rolled out in a timely fashion. Small companies that sell airplanes or airports need that revenue, but at MS, no one is going to miss a night’s sleep if they go weeks without it being online.

easy way to solve this. Never Never Never use marketplace to purchase anything. If we all boycott it then developers will cease to supply them their product and they will cease to exist. Wonder if that areas livelihood will be affected then especially if they no longer have a job.
