Welp. They couldn’t have been bothered to get the CRJ into the 2024 Marketplace…still. It’s amazing how fast they fixed the light theme on the forums but a product people paid for…nah…silence.

Here is the response I received from Aerosoft regarding the alleged “send proof of purchase for a transfer” claims here in this forum:
"Good morning,
Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you free access as you have purchased the product in the Marketplace.
Microsoft has received all the necessary data from us for the implementation, so unfortunately we have to wait until Microsoft integrates this into the Marketplace.

So some customers get a transfer and others don’t. Both Aerosoft and Microsoft can take a flyin’ leap with that nonsense.
I think that’ll end up being for 2020, since there is already a post that it’s been released there. And the Aerosoft post doesn’t specify which version they are releasing for and if so, again I am very disappointed with the Marketplace update and their processes.
At least you got a response from Aerosoft. I put in the request for license transfer almost 4 weeks ago and nothing from them. Really terrible service.

Guys this whole game is a mess. I cannot believe I was fooled by Asobo etc to get 2024 so much for addons can be ported over. I am soooo ■■■■■■ the way this game is handled
Update on this is that I was in fact able to get the license transferred through Aerosoft. They have a special process in place. I now have the CRJ in both 2020 and 2024.

Fingers crossed it drops in MP this week for those of us without any other option. I know to not get my hopes up though.
