Marketplace - Bought upgrade but never received it

Originally I purchased the Standard Edition through the Microsoft Store. Decided to buy the Premium Deluxe version through the in-game Marketplace. When I clicked “Buy & Download” it took me to the
financial transaction, charged me $89 after taxes and then proceeded to tell me that the transaction failed because I apparently “Already owned” the upgrade even though I clearly do not own it. I’ve checked “My Library” and it only shows that I own the Standard Edition.

I submitted a ticket through the zendesk support forum 2 days ago, but haven’t received any type of communication about the ticket. Was curious if anyone has an issue like this, and if they have, have then received actual help from Microsoft?

did u check ur content manager? maybe it shows up there but u need to start the update from there? just an idea …

Yeah I just checked the content manager, it definitely isnt there.

So why $89 if you already paid for the Standard Edition. Are you not supposed to pay the difference only. Sounds like a money making machine to me.

the difference in € is 50, $89 looks a bit too much, maybe the $ will weaken in the near future :laughing:

No it’s not the difference, they did say that upgrading after buying would work out more expensive.

I am shocked to see that the upgrade to Premium Deluxe from Deluxe costs more than what I paid for the Deluxe as a standalone. The Premium upgrade costs even more than the Premium Deluxe upgrade. Doesn’t make any sense.
