Marketplace didn't transfer product to msfs 2024

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: Bought the scenry in 20 marketplce and open 2024 should get the message says you have a 2020 product in your content manager, but instead it didn”t pop up the message, even the only rating is also rate by me.

Coordinate or location of issue: marketplce

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?everytime

  2. should get the message.

  3. and says the product is still list it not owned.

Transfer is not immediate, you need to wait a couple of days.
If not transferred after a couple of days, the recommendation is to create a zendesk ticket (https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) so that MS support team can review directly your account.
