With all the connection errors people are having these days, it seems that will sometimes turn off live data. That’s likely what happened to you.

Guys i have tried all troubleshooting options but its still not working
Have you tried to logout and log back to the xbox app ?
yes i did that many times alreayd
What else did you try ?, based on that we can maybe make additional suggestions.
i have tried turning off and on the online functionality. I have tried toggeling between online and ofline by clicking my gamertag. I have tried restarting the xbox. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my internet back and still no change
do u think reinstalling the game will work?
