Hello, it would seem like a very good idea to be able to access the Marketplace from an external website, since since the “40th Anniversary” version appeared, my Marketplace has disappeared within the game (grayout) and I can’t access it. I contacted the Zendesk team, Xbox and Microsoft, they all threw balls out and none solved the problem, so despite having paid for the most expensive version of the simulator (physical version Premium Deluxe on DVD) I don’t have the Marketplace and I can’t get the free upgrades like the ones delivered in World Updates!

I wish it were as simple as following the steps that are described in each and every one of the solutions that are listed in the link that you have provided me, I already tried all those things and more in its day, in fact I am attaching the post that I wrote and all the possible solutions i tried and none worked. I am convinced that it is some incompatibility with the type of product (DVD physical version that was later converted to digital with a redeem code) and the update to “40th Anniversary”, since this problem has existed since the latter was installed. It has been tested on several different PCs and connected from different locations to rule out ISP issues.

When was the last time you contacted Zendesk ?
My last communication with Zendesk was on May 23, 2023. My contacts with Zendesk on this issue always end the same: Contact Xbox Accounts… Xbox Accounts says they can’t resolve this and tells me to contact the Microsoft team… The Microsoft team tells me to contact the Zendesk team… and I start again.
I recall facing the same issue as you did. However, I cannot remember how I fixed it - other than support being useless.
To my knowledge, it was connected to multiplayer settings on my XBox profile. I’ll report back if I find what as helped me back then.
