Is anyone else having trouble with the Marketplace? I’ve tried relogging my Xbox account, rebooting my computer, fixing my modem (the connection was incredibly slow, it’s since improved), and even reinstalling my packages, and none of these have fixed the issue. The tab on the main menu is de-highlighted in gray.
Are you running the latest sim version, and all packages? Seems like a silly question, but I had one instance where I got the update from the MS Store, but the second in-sim update never triggered for some reason. The sim loaded, but I could not access the Marketplace. Relaunching the sim allowed me to download the rest of the update.
I figured it out, somehow online functionality had been disabled and I had to re-enable it in the options menu. After that, I did indeed have to update packages.
I’m not sure how that happened, I think it had something to do with the external drive where I have my Community and Official folders. It’s…weird.
