Marketplace notifications not clearing, repeating on each start

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Every time I start the sim, I get a notification about a marketplace item I purchased in 2020 having an upgrade for 2024 for sale. The problem is 1) This notification happens every single time I start the sim. This is incredibly annoying by itself, but 2) Sometimes (not every time) the notification CAN NOT be cleared and is stuck on the screen the whole time blocking other UI elements. Thankfully it does go away when I start a flight, but until then it is a large nuisance.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
No, I did not as I don’t see how this would have any bearing on the issue described.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
The notification shows up on every run, the notification getting stuck is about 50% of the time.
