Marketplace offline after upgrade to 1.17.3

Brief description of the issue: After upgrade to version 1.17.3 Marketplace is offline
All Online features are inactive, weather, Air traffic, etc.
No issues with Network connection
User Status indicates Online
Checked Windows Updates
Tried running as Administrator

Are you on the Steam or Microsoft Store version?
Microsoft Store

Go to
Options > general options > data

Turn off > online functionality
apply and save

Turn on > online functionality
Apply and save

Follow up:
In my case the recent upgrade turned off Data
Once I turned it on, I was logged out and then logged in
