Marketplace: Only sceneries stuck at "Please wait.." & cannot be installed after 100% download & decompression

The Community folder is completely empty and was empty when i encountered the issue first time.

Brief description of the issue:
I performed a compete deletion of flight simulator today as instructed in https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016107019-How-to-repair-or-remove-and-do-a-clean-install-of-Microsoft-Flight-Simulator-on-Microsoft-Store and installed the simulator today again. The installation of the simulator works without a problem, the problem is with the marketplace content. When i try to download content from the marketplace, only one download performs and finishes with 100% download but is not installing after decompressing - it stucks at “Please wait” for several hours until i decide to quit & reopen the sim. I already tried to isolate this behaviour to different types of market place content. The “Please wait” problem only appears with scenery content - but every scenery i purchased from the market place or even the native sceneries are having the same problem. World updates or even aircraft can be downloaded & installed, but sceneries are not beeing installed. Therefore i am not able to install additional content of 100 GB. There is no bandwith limitation set at the moment.

After launching Flight Simulator (latest update 1.16.2.0) try to download an scenery. I tried to isolate it already to different scenery types: - it happens with me for 3rd party and asobo/microsoft (native) sceneries . It gets downloaded, decompressed but not installed and stucking in “Please wait…”

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:
Windows 10 Home, Version 20H2, 19042.985, Flight Simulator version 1.16.2.0.

Same here, after SU12.
Already restarted the sim several time because of this bug.
It’s ridiculous that after almost three years, the installed is still so crap. Worst installer/content manager ever seen.
