Is anyone else having problems with the marketplace. I have tried upgrading to the premium delux edition
with four different good credit cards and keep getting declined.
Depending on your location. If your bank or credit card company sees you trying to buy stuff with a foreign country address, they might automatically decline. You can call them to say let it go through or I’ve been using paypal with success.

I had trouble before The Xbox folks suggested that I ensure that the “region” setting in Windows settings match the credit card location. YMMV.
Paypal is a good call.
That Marketplace is going to nickel and dime us to death.
One day in the future there will be many worthwhile add-ons.
