Successfully purchased credits for Las Vegas and received email receipt. It did not advance to download. Restarted computer and app, but Las Vegas demands I purchase again before downloading. Does not appear in Content Manager either. Great way to make easy money, but good way to discourage any further purchases in Marketplace and increase distrust of app/Microsoft.
Submitted ZenDesk ticket 94089 on 20FEB2021.
Marketplace changed to Download on 21FEB2021. I was able to download and use Las Vegas successfully. Hope the same is true for everyone else. If not, I suggest creating a ZenDesk ticket.

Today I purchased FlyTampa Las Vegas. The purchase was successful and it showed I owned but when I clicked on Download noting happened. I restarted the MSFS2020 and tried again. This time it wanted me to buy again so I did thinking it would see my earlier order. It charged me a second time with the same issues, owned but unable to download. In both times the Download button does nothing. Who do I contact to fix this?

I have the same problem. Purchased and shown “OWNED”, download failed. Signed out and and signed in again, it shows that I do not own the DLC and have to buy again!!!
Edited: hmm, my “080 credits” (EUR 19.99 ) in Steam Wallet was deducted and not refunded, but the game shows that I do not own the DLC Las Vegas. Could you please fix the problem with Marketplace, Asobo?

Same issue here for me!!! I got charged but couldn’t download. Exited game and now it says that I haven’t bought it but I have my order confirmation email and the charge on my card.

Exact same issue here. Purchase failed, so followed the usual recommended steps located here, then tried again and got charged twice. And it is still not in my Content Manager to download.

I had to go through XBox support to solve my issue. What they did was have me go to https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/ and refund my second charge. That was successful. As for FlyTampa Vegas, they said to give it 24 hours to show under your content manager. If it hasn’t shown by then, then I go back to https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/ to fix it. Hope this helped others.

Same here, just purchased, notification in sim showed as such and had the two emails from Steam stating the added funds and purchase, but it didn’t download and still shows Buy in the store and doesn’t show in my content manager. First time this has happened.

By trying the 2nd purchase, could you now download KLAS and use it? Does it appear on your Content Manager as “OWNED”?
Same thing just happened to me. I’ve been charged twice now and still now download. Exited the sim and restarted and now the option to download is gone. Buy & Download button only. This sucks!

I got the same problem. Zendesk says wait 24 hours. I hope they will solve this problem sooner.
Same here. just bought Vegas and it shows that i own it but nothing happens when i click download.
Well I can see more lights are on in Vegas, I was expecting more. I believe they concentrated more on the airport. I want to see Vegas lit up with all the hotels and signs for the entertainment. Used to see it in FSX. Funny, I don’t remember paying for it. Kind of disappointed for the money. Maybe they will have an update. Downloaded Mexico City, Cool!
Did the same thing to me. I tried 4 times and it took out the funds out 4 times and it didn’t download Vegas. It just kept telling me to buy and download
